Welcome to AM Creations. By using our website www.amcreations.co.in or availing our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Offered

AM Creations provides event management, decoration, catering, and car rental services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, date, and specific client requirements.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or in person.

A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required advance payment.

The balance amount must be paid as per the agreed schedule before the event date.

3. Pricing & Quotations

Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless confirmed in a written quotation.

Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@amcreations.co.in.

Cancellation charges apply as per our Refund Policy below.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate event details and requirements.

Necessary permissions, venue approvals, and licenses (if required) are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

AM Creations will not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, natural disasters).

Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
