Refund Policy

1. Advance Payments

Advance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client.

2. Cancellation Charges

More than 30 days before the event: 75% refund of the total booking amount (excluding advance).

15–30 days before the event: 50% refund of the total booking amount (excluding advance).

Less than 15 days before the event: No refund.

3. Event Rescheduling

If you reschedule your event at least 15 days prior, your advance payment will be adjusted toward the new date (subject to availability).

4. Service Non-Delivery

If AM Creations fails to provide services due to reasons within our control, a full refund will be processed within 10 working days.
